Daniel A. Lorenz

president, principal

Dan is a principal of TriEx Strategies, and also owns TriEx Management, a property management company, and TriEx Development, a General Contractor. He has over a decade of real estate experience, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Nevada. Prior to founding TriEx, Dan owned an accounting consulting firm, which specialized in intellectual property/royalty audits, and consulted on behalf of several Fortune 500 Companies during his ownership of the firm. Dan started his career with KPMG, and later worked for Deloitte, as an auditor.

Stephen T. Bezick

principal

Steve is a principal of TriEx, and oversees all facets of the investment process for TriEx, including analysis, acquisition, and disposition. His career in Real Estate began in investment analysis and asset management.
