  2. Market Economics of Location.

  3. Size and Condition of Property.

Value-Add Investment Criteria:

  • Asset Type: Multifamily, Classes B and C - will consider other asset types for very unique properties or locations.
  • Target Market: Developing Metro Areas in the Western United States.
  • Submarket: Classes A and B.
  • Size: 15+ Units.

Core Investment Criteria:

  • Asset Type: Multifamily, Class B.
  • Target Market: Developing Metro Areas in the Western United States.
  • Submarket: Class A.
  • Size: 40+ Units.

Transaction Structure

  • Straightforward and deliberate operation during acquisition.
  • Generally, TriEx is all cash, with no finance contingency.
  • Standard 30/30 Due Diligence and Close.
